Nordic Rehab are offering remote physiotherapy sessions for anybody who is in need of physio and would prefer to limit their face to face interactions.

We use zoom or skype for these sessions.

Our pricing structure is lower for this service.

How does physio work remotely?

Communicating over zoom or skype, our physios will be able to assess and advise you on your condition. We will be able to direct you in movements that will help you and ease your pain. Our physios will explain how the exercises should be feeling and will listen carefully to your feedback, so you get the best out of  the session. We will give you exercises that you can carry out yourself. We will give you strategies and tools for self-management.

Pricing: Our remote consultations are £35 for 45 minutes.

This will be payable by transfer after the session is complete. Please give us a call on 0121 247 6181 if you would like to book something in or just to have a chat in more detail.

What are we doing here?

Covid-19 results from an infection by a respiratory virus (coronavirus) that can lead to inflammation and injury within the lungs. In some people, this can progress to a serious illness. However, most people infected with the virus will not become gravely ill.

There are precautions we can all take to help slow the spread of the virus. Nordic Rehab are following these guidelines closely.

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser that contains at least 60 percent alcohol if soap and water are not available.

  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

  • Wear a mask covering nose and mouth in populated areas.

  • Stay home as much as possible and especially if you are feeling unwell.

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bin.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.

  • Practise social distancing.
