HOME VISIT / COMMUNITY PHYSIOTHERAPY

WHAT DOES HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY INVOLVE?

Quite simply, community physiotherapy is physiotherapy treatment in your own home. A Nordic Rehab specialist physio will come to you at a convenient and pre-arranged time. Our physiotherapists will bring all equipment necessary.

BENEFITS OF HOME PHYSIOTHERAPY

  • No need to worry about driving, finding the clinic, arranging transport, parking, waiting times etc.

  • No need to factor in travel means less time taken out of your day.

  • No need to arrange childcare if you have little ones at home.

  • Home physio can make for a less stressful experience if you suffer from anxiety or breathing difficulties.

  • Especially beneficial for patients who feel unwell or struggle with mobility.

  • Feeling relaxed will enhance the treatment and make it more effective.

  • Eliminating distractions helps focus the treatment and your progress will be better.

  • Our physiotherapists will be able to assess you in your home environment from a functional point of view, and tailor your rehab and exercise program to fit with your every day life.
